Anyone is able to create an order with us at the Parkway Brewing Co and collect from us at our address: Unit 11, Wessex Park, Somerton Business Park, Bancombe Road, Somerton, TA11 6SB. Collections are available to collect between 10am – 4pm on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. You can specify the collection date during the checkout process. If you collect, we will also waive the delivery charge.
We use APC Overnight as they provide a specialist service for the transportation of liquids. Delivery is £5.95 per order.
We are a small independent brewery and we prepare every order freshly for delivery so we only dispatch on a Thursday or Friday, meaning deliveries are made on Friday’s and Saturday’s only.
If you have a special event and need a different delivery day, then please contact us before placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The beer will need to be signed for by an adult on delivery and can’t be left in a safe place due to the nature of the product.
You will receive a text message or email on the morning of your nominated delivery day to give you a two hour window for delivery, and APC will do their best to deliver within that time slot, although occasionally there may be unforeseeable events that delay their driver.
Once the beer has left the brewery it is your responsibility to make sure you are at the address on the day of delivery.
Due to the nature of the product we do not accept returns if you change your mind.
If the beer arrives damaged or spoilt for any reason then please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement for you.
